Yoga for Calm & Compassion — $10 Casual Fundraising class
Join Alison for a 75 minutes class based on the principles of the Yoga for Anxiety & Depression Program.
My intent is to share, in discussion, some of the ways that yoga may support us over time to reduce anxiety, stress and low mood, develop a greater sense of calm and offer ourselves more gentleness and compassion.Then to offer a 50 minute gentle, trauma-sensitive yoga session designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, ease stress and find a greater sense of balance through mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation.
This class offers a welcoming space for all levels — no experience necessary — to explore how yoga can support emotional and mental wellbeing.
Bring yoga mat, bolster or pillow and your water bottle.
📅 Wednesday 11th March🕠 5:45 pm – 7:00 pm | Mudjimba Hall🎟️ $10 per ticket — all funds raised go to Sunny Coast Sleeper, to support a safe nights sleep for locals sleeping rough.
