Supervision
Counsellors & Psychotherapists
It's a real joy to me to provide supervision and support to the next generations of Counsellors & Psychotherapists. I qualified as a Psychotherapist back in 2005 and have worked with a multitude of client presenting issues, from anxiety and depression to suicide ideation, domestic and family violence, relationship and communication issues, addiction and co-dependency, to name just a few. I've been a Crisis Support Supervisor for Lifeline, Trainer of Lifeline Crisis Supporters and currently provide Clinical Supervision to Lifeline Supervisors. I'm a Program Therapist for South Pacific Private Addiction Treatment Centre in Sydney, running group programs to support clients and their families to develop healthy, boundaried relationships and grow their understanding of co-dependent behaviours. I support clients in addiction recovery with healing from developmental trauma and relapse prevention strategies. I provide Psychotherapy and Supervision in Private Practice and also tutor on the Bachelor of Counselling at University of the Sunshine Coast.

The most important thing to me as a Supervisor is to provide you with a compassionate, kind and professional space, where I can get to know your needs as a therapist and you can feel comfortable to bring whatever challenges are impacting you in carrying out your work.

I love to work creatively, often in somatic ways and have done substantial professional development in the field of Family and Systemic Constellations and Gestalt therapy, which I bring to supervision where a relational way of working may be of value to you.

I have trained in multiple Supervision models, including the 'Rise Up' model, Seven Eyed Model of Supervision and Relational Matrix Model of Supervision (with the Gestalt Centre, Melbourne).

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy, BSC in Psychological Science and am a level 2 member of ACA and member of their College of Supervisors and a PACFA Registered Clinical member (30976).

Individual Supervision is conducted primarily online via Zoom. Face to face on the Sunshine Coast by request.
Group Supervision is provided online via monthly closed groups of maximum 6 participants for 2 hour sessions at a fee of $120. To register interest in joining a Supervision Group for 2026, please express interest here.

Coaches

I often say that what I love about Coach Supervision is that it enables me to draw on the qualities and skills gained from my diverse background in Coaching, Psychotherapy and Change and offer to my supervisee whatever can best support them and their coaching practice in the moment.

So whether it's client challenges, awareness and growth of yourself as a coach, unpicking thought patterns and behaviours that limit you, ethical queries arising, to name but a few opportunities ... know that there's a safe space here for you to engage in quality supervision.

Coaches prone to overthinking and who benefit from somatic and relational work and becoming more in touch with their emotions and intuition tend to find their way to me.

I pride myself on being able to draw on substantial leadership coaching experience across Corporates, Non Profits and Government.

To further develop my Supervision practice I completed the CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision in 2023/2024.

I subscribe to the EMCC Code of Ethics and draw upon the Full Spectrum Model of Supervision, strongly affirming that "Who you are is how you supervise" (Edna Murdoch & Jackie Arnold).

I'm wholly committed to my professional development and recently completed the 'Fundamentals Series' of training in Coaching Constellations with John Whittington.

Both individual and group supervision sessions are conducted online
