Relational Group Supervision

For Counsellors and Psychotherapists curious to explore a deeper way of understanding their work.

Therapy happens in relationship. So does supervision.

These small, online supervision groups (maximum 6 participants for both PACFA and ACA recognition) offer a reflective space to slow down, become curious, and explore the relational dynamics that can sit beneath the clinical questions we bring to supervision. Rather than focusing solely on interventions or problem-solving, we'll explore what may be unfolding within the therapeutic relationship, within the client's wider system, and within ourselves as practitioners.

We'll use Systemic Constellations as a gentle, experiential way of exploring clinical dilemmas. A constellation can often help illuminate patterns, relationships and hidden dynamics that may not be immediately visible through discussion alone. This might involve exploring:

- a challenging therapeutic relationship

- a client's presenting issue within their wider system

- recurring patterns in your clinical work

- moments where you feel stuck, uncertain or emotionally activated

- ethical or relational dilemmas that would benefit from fresh perspective

There will be opportunity to present a case regarding any of the above, for the group to work with. Whilst we'll not necessarily be able to cover a piece of work for all participants, we'll determine what we feel most drawn to explore as a group and there is often rich learning simply through witnessing or taking the role of a representative in the work of others.

These groups are not about finding the "right" answer. They are about expanding perspective, cultivating curiosity, and developing greater confidence in your own relational awareness and clinical intuition.
