It comes from understanding the patterns that shape us, learning to work with our minds and nervous systems more skilfully, and creating space to live and lead with greater awareness, compassion and ease.

After more than 30 years working across psychotherapy, coaching, leadership development, change management and mental health, I wholeheartedly believe that sustainable change happens when people feel safe enough to slow down, become curious and reconnect with themselves. A trauma-sensitive, evidence-informed approach combining mindful movement, breath, relaxation and reflection to support anxiety, depression and nervous system regulation.

Training

I design and deliver engaging training that brings together psychological insight, leadership development and wellbeing. From suicide first aid (Living Works ASIST) to reflective leadership and communication, my aim is to create learning experiences that are practical, thoughtful and deeply human.

How to work with me

  • One on one sessions are provided nationwide via Zoom 

  •  Groups and team events are delivered online or face to face as required.

  • My services are available both within Australia and internationally.
